I remember the first time I saw an out-of-control bush on an old lady’s roast beef curtains in a Hustler Beaver Hunt
Larry Flynt sure put some fugly women in that portion of his magazine. I remember one woman who had to have one parent that was an ape. That poor gal had thick, dark hair from head to toe. It was one of those moments when you looked and went "UGGGGHHHHH".

I recall the issue being one of the college conference ones like girls of the B1G or ACC. It was late 90s and the college ones to me were the best. Looking at the covers maybe October 97
I remember in earlier 80's an issue with SWC.....a girl from AM with huge tits that was smoking hot. Might need to do research for those pics.

Not a Playmate but the one that stands out in my mind as Terri Nunn's Penthouse spread in the late 70's. (Yes that Terri Nunn the singer of Berlin). She did a lesbian spread in Penthouse. Turns out she was underage in that spread being only 15 or 16.
She did it under an alias and denied for years that it was her. She only recently fessed up admitting it. That spread blew my young mind and I still love Terri Nunn and Berlin.

I go back a good bit further because there was no showing of bushes when I first discovered Playboy. You got pics of beautiful women baring their breasts and butts, but bush was totally taboo at the time.
The first to take the step in conventional girlie mags was Penthouse. At the time, Hugh Hefner called the move "disgusting". His word.
After Bob Guccione had several issues sell out in a row, Hef was like "You want bush? We got more bush than the Kalahari!".

Dorothy Stratton was a very beautiful woman who was once married to a very sick individual.
Shame what happened to her in the prime of her life with a bright future ahead from what I remember with potential to maybe break into movies in her future.

Yep, and along came Larry Flynt with Hustler and he trumped what Penthouse was doing by going almost "full blown OBGYN" type poses that made vaginas the focal point of his, pardon the pun,------spreads.

Probably Miss July 1964 Melba Ogle, but it might have been China Lee.
One of my second cousin's parents let him get Playboy at home when he was in high school. He kept them in his bathroom. Every time we visited them I had to go to the bathroom. I was only five in 1964.

I think the first one for me was the girl that ended up playing Babs Jansen in Animal House, Martha Smith. I didn't find out that was her till years later. She looked WAY hotter in the POTM spread in the magazine. I was smitten with her as a little greenhorn, I gotta say.

Not a Playmate, but Racquel Welch, in Playboy, in about 1966 or '67. The barber shop my dad and I went to had them, and on my first attempt to look through one, a barber took it from me and put it back on the magazine rack. The next time, I got a Look magazine, which was larger than Playboy, snuck the Playboy inside Look, sat down, and looked through the whole thing without getting caught. I don't recall if Racquel was totally nude, but I definitely remember the rack!

I was on a flight and sat across the aisle from Candy Loving out of OKC years ago.
I met Cheryl Tiegs, Kathy Ireland and Ellle Mc Pherson at a Sport Illustrated party at the Banff Springs Hotel in Calgary for the 1988 Olympics.
