Back in the late 80s we went to see RoboCop at the brand-spanking new movie theater in Pawleys Island/Debordieu SC... It was ahead of its time with bougie reclining seats and retracting tables.
My 12 yr old dumbass dropped a half empty large popcorn on the ground. Not a min later the manager brought me a broom and pan to clean my mess up and threatened to kick us out.
Of course he failed to even notice we weren't close to being 17.
But I never made a mess since at a theater. I FAFO'd.

I always pick up my trash at the movies and anywhere else where there isn’t someone employed to pick up afterwards. To many people act like feral savages or entitled sociopaths.
