I love being home in the peace & quiet. The others in the house think it’s insane, and even have a TV in the bathroom. I don’t like constant noise.

If I am outside yes. I love to take a walk somewhere like the woods on a path, on the shores of a beach and just enjoy the sights and views.

If I am alone indoors I still enjoy it but I am probably just masturbating, drinking, eating, or playing video games.

Walking on the streets in the neighborhood or in the woods without music or voices is a fine experience. I feel the same while working on a project in my basement or riding a dirt bike.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning to go in the woods with my two dogs. Just me, the pups, and nothing else!

Absolutely. People find it odd when I tell them how I recently drove from Mobile to Atlanta and never made a call, received a call or turned on the radio. It was a great day.

OMG. You would be my perfect mate.

One of my pleasures is hiking out to a secluded beach and watching the sea roll in, and think about stuff.

Would be nice...especially in your neck of the woods.

Well...I would have 1 huge question to start.

Then my wife might have an issue as well.

Seriously, I am fortunate in that she is similar. May not be to the level of me but neither of us feel the need to be social to fill our time.

My daughter and I were just discussing planning a short hike and camping trip with just us and our dogs.

Sounds like a perfect weekend to me.

Sorry, for 3 posts in a row.

I do it once a day, weather willing. It's just my time. Sit for an hour or so and reflect

This was from Friday

All of coastal Ak looks like that. It's pretty easy to sit on a beach and never see sign of man

Back in forth between DFW Suburbs and North La, we have a camp up on D'arbonne Creek near the Mixing Hole and family land near by to deer hunt.

I work remote so I spend a lot of time in NELA

I envy your programming. I wish I were more like you, but I have too many mouths to feed and too many bills to pay.

I'm an introvert. Being alone in silence is how I recharge

And extroverts need to be around people to recharge. Pretty simple to understand, but too many cant comprehend that their are other valid personality types besides their own.

When you have kids you have dreams of quiet time with your thoughts.
