Do You Know Someone Who Is A Legit Creep?

There use to be this old man, when I was younger, who worked on the ferry. On days he didn't work he would go eat breakfast at McDonalds, but unlike all the other old folks who would meet there every day to gossip, he would sit by himself and would stare at women and make comments to them if they were by themselves, when they passed by.
If he was in there when we would stop to pick up breakfast before class we would kind of mess with him. When I think about that part I feel bad because we would sort of encourage him to get him to say dirty shirt and we thought it was funny, but he was a regular for a long time until one day they finally kicked him out and banned him from ever going in because his harassment towards women got worse.
Does anyone know someone who is like that? Someone who you are legit surprised they haven't gotten in trouble yet or has been in trouble but continues to do creepy shite?
