One of my wife’s best friend’s step “son” is one. I won’t refer to her by her chosen pronouns, but will say the proper name she has chosen (you can change your name). That being said, while my wife agrees with me, she pretty much does this to me when we’re over at their house.

What kind of question is this?
asking what you would do in a situation you might not be able to avoid

You said:
quote:

My parents taught me to avoid people who are clearly crazy and unstable.

Then you said:

I’ll just never be associated with them and will never speak about anything other than work
so you really can’t avoid them, if you have to speak about work to them, so I was just curious

I work with the public so a lot of things can’t be avoided, so I was wondering what other people do.

Always good to chastise someone inquiring about something

Went to an in laws Christmas party last year. I was outside when the cousin (30 year old male) showed up. Within 10 min almost everyone had split by the time I walked back in. Low and behold there he was, add on tits and nut cutting pants with a mullet. Was a sight to see
He was nice. Talked to him a tad bit and shook his hand. Was a lil odd to say the least.
Never seen people bail so quickly from a party

I worked in a hospital with a respiratory therapist who was a chick pretending to be a dude. She took hormones to grow a beard and changed her name to a dudes. Sicko.

Graduation party last year in Laffy the graduates uncle/aunt looked like tinker bell gliding around the room. Aunty clearly wanted more attention than his/her niece the graduate.

None that I know of. But I’ll never understand why a man would want to become a woman or a woman would want to become a man. I say keep what god gave you.

I worked on a job, and a coder was trans. Man now woman. I still call her her when I speak of her. She volunteered the info to me when she told me she was her children's father. Good coder, friendly, not insistent or intrusive about opinions.

I have my beliefs and think it's wrong, but I also think adultery, premarital sex, gossip, and lying are wrong. I have friends who have done all of the above. I have certainly lied, gossiped, and had premarital sex. I'm not proud of it but people have flaws and fail at times.

My issue is with trying to present this as normal and the drag queen storytime BS. You do you, but don't try to indoctrinate other people's children. Then we will have no issues.

My wife has/had a friend who was raised in a very religious, conservative family. This friend is super liberal and exclusively dated black dudes; only black dudes. I don’t know the pathology there. I think she had self esteem issues wanted to feel superior and treated them like shite. She’s married to a white dude now.

Anyway, one night we were at a party drinking and I was explaining that IMO transgenderism is a mental illness. That’s when I learned that she has a brother who is now her sister. This brother/sister is in medical school. I told her I would never see a mentally ill doctor.

Met her dad once. Seems like a super nice, Christian’s country guy. Feel bad for him having two crazy adult kids.

I know a few trans males. Nobody really gives a frick about women wanting to be men.

This. No dude is worried about a woman coming in their bathroom or sports because we know it’s not a threat.

I only have boys. I have 0 worry about them having a woman violate them (other than getting DEI hired above them.) I can’t imagine a father having that fear for their daughter in a bathroom or locker room.

Of course. I live in Seattle. I'd bet I interact with at least 1 a week. They don't really bother me
