Your head is so far in the sand about NOLA in every thread in is hilarious

The upkeep of this city and its suburbs compared to the other areas in the south/country are pathetic.

I acknowledge plenty of the flaws the city has....I've never sugarcoated anything...but you're talking about shopping carts in parking lots.....c'mon man..thats all you got??

If you would have said something about the number of dirty diapers or empty Popeye's boxes with nothing but chicken bones, then I would agree with you

If you are willing to live on the Northshore then I say you might as well leave the State and probably the South in general. The ONLY thing this state has to offer is New Orleans. I am lucky enough to have a job here where I am basically making "DC" money because my organization is based in DC and I am the only one down here. If not for that I would leave the state...
I would never leave the city without leaving the shithole state as well...

They still have large condos in the Garden District in the mid 350s...
I bought one a few years ago for 280...

Bruh, I'm not in my 20's or 30's, I didnt buy this house as a starter home.....I've made some good investments that have paid off for me....and I've been in the work force for 20 years......a $400k house at my age is nothing to brag about.

You're joking, right? A $400k house makes you rich now?
