I am. But that's why I usually prefer to watch games alone

HC, that'd be a bitchy thing to say

My wife absolutely hates football (and sports in general, really), so yeah she is pretty fidgety and talky during football games.

She'd get her feelings hurt. It's not a big deal to me because I don't have to watch every game with her

I was just wondering if others had this problem and how they handled. I'd lose it

Well, thanks for the heads up, festus

Fortunately I have the lesser of two evils. My gf is a diehard fan and went all "angry ole miss girl" after the game. Gump got her good with "Roll Tide" right outside the stadium and she went ape shite to the tune of "I hope you fricking die in a crash on the way back to Ala fricking Bama." I had to apologize for her. Was hilarious though.

I experienced some real shite heads (both Bama and LSU) Saturday.

Makes me glad it was the last home game.

This is always my preference.

Sometimes I feel like a loser doing it but then stories like this remind me why I do it.

Only shite head I saw was my gf. But her cute Tiger Ears made it impossible to take seriously as she cussed and fussed.

You should introduce her to tigerdroppings...

Not a problem in my house.

Wife cooks up something good for every big Auburn game and she is just as hardcore as I am during the game. It's not uncommon for her to send me random text messages about player news or recruiting news that she picks up on before I do. Girl can hang with most people I know in a football conversation.

Some gump old man flipped on Jones.

We aren't vocal fans. We don't "tigerbait" or any of that lame shite. It's obnoxious. So generally, opposing fans never speak to us, much less have a problem with us. Well after the game, some old man dressed in Bama gear taps Jones on the shoulder and says he was completely disrespectful and ruined his son's first LSU game experience. He had a 14ish year old kid decked out in LSU gear.

We were all like WTF? I don't think he turned around once. We don't talk to people we don't know. It was the most perplexing and confusing thing I had ever seen.

Everyone who knows us in our section flipped and booed the guy out of the section.

And you know that dude is going to talk forever about "people at LSU games" and shite.. when we did nothing. Didn't even know the dude existed until he tapped on Jones' shoulder at the end of the game.

this is why I dont have any desire to go into the games anymore. I rather sit at the tailgate or just not go to campus at all
