A buddy of mine tried to set me up on a bowling date with an emergency room doctor. She wasn't that attractive. She wasn't fat, but just not that pretty. I remember our secretary when I showed her a picture of the doctor said, "well at least everything is where it should be".
I felt that when a woman says that about another woman it wasn't a good sign.
Though I heard that the doctor married a guy who's a lazy slob with no job who lives off her, so maybe I made a mistake.

The closest I get to the OP’s question is that my dentist only hires nice-looking wimminz as his hygienists.
There is a really sharp female OB/Gyn I know who is late 30s, in perfect shape, and was an Olympic athlete.
She checks all of the boxes.
Unfortunately she’s (seemingly) happily married but she’s the singular best MD I know.
