Do you guys follow the 'creepiness' rule for dating?

It's been said the youngest person you should date would be half your age plus seven, and the reverse (lesser known) would be to subtract seven from your age and double it. So for me I could date as young as 23 and as old as 50 (I'm 32).
Met a cool chick at the bar Saturday when it was completely dead and she asked me to play pool since she was alone. I kept thinking she was waiting for someone since she was checking her phone a lot and pacing back and forth throughout the bar.. still she seemed too young.
I ended up creepily adding her on Facebook after drinking the rest of the night - bad move? We probably talked for 2-3 hours total. I don't know where I'm going with this just wanted thoughts.

It really isn't a bad rule of thumb. All of that goes out the window for casual sex. 18 on up is fair game

Actually, in South Carolina and Alabama there's a special rule -- it's half your age minus 15. Unless, of course, if she's a blood relative -- then it's half your age minus 20.

It wasn't bothering me.. I just assumed she was waiting for someone to show up at the bar with her. I don't know many 24 year olds that come to bars alone.
