I’m finding myself that whenever I take a dump and I’m done I still sit there just reading shite on my phone for an extra 20 minutes

Careful, bro. I was super sick after my office Christmas party a couple of years ago and chilled out on the toilet for an hour the next morning because I couldn't really move. Got hemorrhoids from it.
