Had this right after graduating pharmacy school and passing both board exams... would wake up feeling like I had overslept for an exam that I didn't study for, panicked, etc... had to remind myself I didn't have anymore tests... happened probably once a week for 2-3 months, but hasn't happened since

Have had them for years. It's like the last couple of week before graduation and I am walking past a classroom and remember I went the first class and forgot to go back.

The college experience is just traumatic enough to stay with you for years.

I also knew people IRL who signed up for classes and forgot about them.

I still get this one maybe once a year almost 20 years later

I have never had an employer ask for a transcript or diploma. Its almost as if I could have faked the entire thing....

I graduated from LSU in '82, and again in '92, yet I still sometimes have these dreams. Each time, it's the day of a final exam, but I've not been to a single class all semester. I need the class to graduate, so graduation and my career hang in the balance. Sometimes I've "only" missed the class all semester. Other times, I've not only missed the class, but neither can I find the examination room.

I always wake up in a panic, and I have to tell myself that it's a dream, I did graduate, and there's no exam I'm missing.

I'm 60 now, I'll be 61 in July, yet I still have these dreams a few times per year. So you young guys get ready; this ain't NEAR over! (LOL)

This is some form of the one I had in grade school where I forgot to put on clothes.
I have this one more often than the forgetting about a class one, but I do have them both occasionally.

The one where I'm in public without clothes on happens pretty often, but I don't remember it when I wake up, it just sticks with me like it's an old memory or something, but I'm 100% that I've never been in public without clothes on (well in the manner that occurs in the dream).

I have this dream about a steep bridge that I have to walk down. frick that dream

It's something about having a deep sense of not accomplishing something. That's what I read in a Psychology Today magazine a long time ago.

Now that we’ve all read/talked about it today, I expect to have it again tonight.

Not true, it’s been way more than 20 years and I still get that same dream. In mine, I don’t attend class all semester, then realize I’m not going to graduate because it’s a required class.

I’m 65, and I have had the following variations of the dream:
1. Didn’t go to class all year, now I’m taking the final.
2. Keep forgetting to go to the same class—usually an afternoon class.
3. Can’t find my class schedule and have no idea where to go/time to go for the classes.
4. Didn’t go to class and now it’s too late to drop.
5. Have to go back to school because the requirements changed.

Fortunately, I don’t have these dreams nearly as frequently as I did in the past.

I once had a dream that, somehow, I was missing a class credit from High School so my college degree was null and void until I went back and finished that class. It was humiliating being in my 30's and taking a high school class.

They did let me back on the football team, though.
