You must not go to the one on college or Lee/Nicholson. Since Covid they have gotten it wrong or missing items nearly every single time. Manager even admitted one time when we had to go back to get something that they had problems all the time lately and just couldn’t find good help anymore.

They’ve messed up once out of probably a hundred plus times I’ve used drive thru or ate inside.
They added an extra sandwich to my order 1 time.

I check every time due to an event at Indiantown outside of Miami on a business trip. Late in the evening, stopped at McDonald's drive through for a couple of burgers. Put my hand in the bag and pulled out two cheese burgers then thought, "Man they put a fist full of napkins in here. Reached in again and pulled out three hundred dollars. I stopped and checked the bag $500 bucks in the bag.
On my way back home, two days later. I stopped and asked for the manager. "Are you guys missing something from Monday night?" "Don't tell me you have the money." "Only if you tell me how much." "Bank drop of $500 cash." "Here you go." Gave him the money. "We actually thought about firing the guy that made the mistake. We were sure he had stolen it." "Try putting the money under the stack of bags, not halfway down. It works better for your health."

I try to check my order wherever I go, but I usually forget.
The thing that bothers me is when I don't check and then get home and realize they didn't put dipping sauce in my order. If I tell them what dipping sauce I want when making an order I just assume its going to be in there... By the way, this isn't a problem I ever had a chick-fil-a, they will usually ask you, even if you said it in your order, if you want dipping sauce..

I dropped my wallet out of my pocket when atomic burger opened on Burbank. I realized when I had got home and tried to call but they didn’t have a working phone because I figure they wanted to get their work straight before opening themselves up to more distractions.
I called the chick fil a across the street because I wasn’t going to make it before atomic burger closed.

Now taco bell on the other hand.....ive never go through their line and had an order right. How do you bag an order with chips no cheese or cheese no chips? Happens all the time there.
