Yesterday my wife was given a spicy chicken sandwich when she ordered a regular, we spoke up and were given the regular, kept the extra spicy, and got a free nugget because of the mixup. It's nice, but they did screw up originally.

At some fast food restaurants (taco bell and Popeyes) I always make it a point to order one of the cheapest things on the menu, because they seldom give you what you order, you can just about rest assured that you will get something substantially better and more expensive.

ChickFila got my order wrong one time, but then I thought that's what Jesus would have wanted me to have, so I have never spoken of it until just now.

I don’t check my order at Popeyes. I just order the opposite of what I actually want. Get EXACTLY what I want every time.

Picked up a 30 piece and a 12 piece for a family thing once…went to put them on a tray the next day and there were 22 in the 30 piece and 4 of those were just large crumbs. Now we check.

Yes. They forgot my Chick-fil-A sandwich last week so I called. They wrote my name down and gave it to me when I went back.
