Do you even check your order after going through the drive-through at Chick-fil-A?

Chick-fil-A is the one place where I never feel like I have to actually check the contents of my bag. Anywhere else, I am obviously checking, but here I feel like I am slowing down there well oiled machine.

No but CFA is a pretty simplistic menu so it's also of less consequence if they get something wrong

I’ve never had an order messed up from there that I can recall.

That place is an institution, they truly are the standard when it comes to fast food service.

Me either. Pretty much a spinal cord and skin 24/7.

I never check my bag anywhere, but the last two times I came home with CFA it was missing things.

All they have is chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets plus like 20 virgin teens handling your order. Kind of hard to mess that up.

I had an “issue” I didn’t receive a straw for my drink, BUT I did receive an extra chicken sandwich

Both times were app orders too, so it wasn’t a mishearing situation. Weird.

Just yesterday, they forgot a 30 count nuggets box, and when I told them, you'd swear they've never made a mistake.
They apologized purfusely. They told me the girl bagging would get a good talking to. I laughed and said it wasn't necessary. It was pretty funny. You'd swear the girl was going to get lashes out back or something.

No. CFA doesn't make mistakes. It's their pleasure.

One time they didn't give me the Chick-fil-A sauce I ordered and honestly, it hurt worse than any other time Popeyes or McDonald's has messed up my order.

Chock-fil-A is a cult. When they "forget" an item, you've been chosen. Don't go back.
