Not really ambient sound. But I usually go to youtube for these 12 and 24 hr Jazz/Bossa Nova videos or "Chill Guitar" for background noise while I'm reading.

When I stay in a hotel, I often just turn the TV on to the most boring channel quietly and sleep like a baby.

If you use spotify just search his name. He is a music producer. I find it better than white noise.

I sleep with a YouTube station providing the sounds of a Thunderstorm or storm on a pirate ship. Screen goes black. Best sleep ever.

I regulary will have a youtube station going with ambient sounds.
The wife (no pics) has a noise machine that she plays on low low, I can't even hear it.
Don't mind real ambient noises when I'm sleeping, rain or the sound of waves at the beach.
Nothing on during the day, never considered it.
