No you just had a shite ton of unnecessary sugar and extra calories for no reason. Good job on spiking your insulin and going to sleep though, sounds like the key to long term health

Having 5651 posts in two years also isn't good for your long term health.

The Good News About Booze

The media's vast over reaction to the bad effects of booze. Fun results of studies the media doesn't tell you about.

Yay. Another person who knows what's best for everyone else. We all know those people are as smart as they think they are.

Good work, my man. We will all continue to care about your opinions.
This is all true.
Have a nice day.

talk to them. you'd be surprised at how far they are willing to go to help you. i know first hand. it's tough to talk to them about it because you're scared of being a burden but they love you and they want to help.

I definitely used to. Nowhere near the optimal level, but I'll drink 4-6 beers/2-3 cocktails/or a bottle of wine 3 nights a week, and 8-12 beers/4-6 cocktails/or 2 bottles of wine one night a week.

The thing is, just a couple cocktails or a couple beers and you could blow over the limit if consumed in under an hour and you leave to drive home. Even if you don't feel a bit of a buzz.

Uber or Lift is your friend in times like this. A few dollars cab fare sure beats the crap out of a DUI----as I'm sure you already know.

If so, why? Not only are you contributing to your assured fatness, but you are also clouding your mental clarity and messing up your sleep. Drinking daily, even not that much is dumb, but I'm sure I'd want to as well if I had a fat wife that named my shite head kids Jaxon and Camdyn, and worked a dead end job. Bless your hearts. Now call me a buzz kill because I don't have to alter my emotions to pallet my life.

Drinking Alcohol More Important than Exercise to Live Past 90

quote:

Analyzing more than 1,600 nonagenarians, the study results showed that people who drank two glasses of beer or wine a day improved their odds of living longer than those who abstained by about 18 percent.

February 2018 article. Not from 1970. No science in this article. Drinkers live longer. Case closed? I say...yup
