If i hate my lunch yesterday (which I did), I decide to buy my own damn lunch today. Pretty much the thought put into my decision.

I being lunch 90% of the time. Saves a lot of money.

i try to eat at home as much as i can. i work like 3 min from my house, though

I usually go out to eat once or twice a week. Other than that, I try to bring things that good cold, and go to park and eat. I save $ and get out of the office for an hour. Can also walk a little bit and stretch legs. I think the walking makes me more productive in the afternoon.

Bring my lunch99% of the time
Apple, banana and some carrots and hummus before lunch.
Lunch is usually a salad with some chicken.
After lunch i eat some grapes, a granola bar and a greek yogurt.

I'll pick something up maybe once during the week. Usually just for a change of pace.
Otherwise I bring prepared food or cook something in the kitchen here at work. I try to stick to cheap and healthy stuff so this works best.
