I bring a lunch every day. Several small snacks to space out throughout the day. It's never given that I will be able to step away.

Work out every day on my lunch hour. Eat leftovers or a plate lunch at my desk. Prefer leftovers. Commercial meals are expensive and everything starts tasting the same after a while. Might as well save the money and try to be healthy at the same time
Yea I workout at lunch and will either go home to grab something to eat or eat a sandwich at work. I never eat out.
One thing I've started doing that's unreal is making stuff for the crock pot and putting it in the night before. When I wakeup in the morning I turn it on and it's ready to get woffed down at lunch.
Total gamechanger.

About half and half. Used to eat out everyday but I'm trying to stop. My problem is I'm terrible at planning ahead and I end up going weeks without having any real food at the house that I could bring in to work.
Also, trying to strike a balance between getting a lot of calories and eating semi healthy, but NOT spending too much money doing it.

Bring lunch 3-5 times a week.

I drive to my house every day. It is about 15 miles from the office, but it gives me a break.

I bring lunch everyday of the week but the last day. The last day is usually a long lunch with a beer involved

Depends. I live <5 minutes from work, so I go home a lot.
Otherwise I eat fast food and usually out at a nice restaurant once a week

My "lunch" time is usually anywhere from 12-1 am. Hospital cafeteria food late at night isn't the healthiest (except the salad bar). I usually always pack a lunch and several healthy snacks.

I bring my lunch Monday-Thursday & go out for lunch on Fridays.

No lunch and no lunch break. But my hatred for my job and contempt for those around me keeps me full most days, and when it doesn't I'll grab a protein bar or something.

I bring leftovers every day. Sometimes on Fridays I treat myself to Roberto's on river road.

Brown bag. Saves a couple hundred month plus I don't waste time driving to and from places, standing in line or waiting for service, etc.
