Do we live in the fakest culture in history?

Social media serves as our greatest hits designed to puff ourselves up to the point we can deny our insecurities.
Efftects and picture settings allow us to create the best presentations of ourselves allowing us to deny our imperfections.
Spell check and google give us a false sense of knowledge allowing us to deny our ignorance.
Status updates espousing our happiness give us a false sense of joy shielding us from our inadequacies.
And fake boobs are in which is cool.
Where can I be real again?
