So I'm seeing this haircut make the mainstream more. There's a guy in the office that I work in sporting this haircut in a pretty professional environment filled with an older crowd. Not that there's anything wrong with it, it just stood out to me more today. It's apparently fashionable, but do they realize that it will be made fun of in 5 years. We've been through this once before.

Sorry he's just cultured and fashionable at the same time. You should follow his example.

Well...it's no New Iberia Haircut or Mullet, but I like it. Get off your own lawn! Next thing you know men will stop wearing hats! Why so much care?

Honestly one is not like the other. But if I had enough hair to do either I'd be happy.

I really don't care, but it's literally like if we started wearing bell bottom pants. We've been to this edge of the fashion realm and already looked back at it a laughed. But we don't learn. I find that funny. I don't judge those who do it now. I'm just not one to personally go to those extremes with my personal style.

Do you honestly get your haircut and buy clothes based on what people 5 years from now might think about your style? Your life will become a lot more meaningful when you disregard what others think about your appearance.

The cuts are not the same and the first guy looks damn good to me. I know some guys with those cuts and they all look good. The top is not as high as in the pic, though.

That hairstyle is basically a modernized look from the 1920s.

No, but I'm not one to push to the extremes. I wear a skinnier leg pant than I did in 1998, but you won't catch me rocking skinny jeans. I dress with the times, but I won't go overboard with it. I have learned not to judge people on that stuff as much as I've gotten older, so I don't care if someone does it. But I saw someone today and saw it on TV and head went straight to vanilla ice.

You might want to discuss other guys fashion trends with Toddy or someone equally inclined.
