Do you really need an expert to tell you to shower?
Damn millennials...can't figure out anything on their own.

I usually shower most days. I hardly ever use soap, never shampoo. My hair looks 100x better now that ive stopped using shampoo. Just wet it, massage it a little and towel dry
Also use baking soda instead of deo. If you absolutely don’t want to take any chance of getting musty(date, interview, etc) use baking soda under your pits

I can go a weekend every now and then without showering if I don’t go anywhere or do anything and by Sunday afternoon I’m feeling swampy AF.
I could never get up and go to work without a shower.

I may not wash my hair everyday...but I certainly take a shower at least once a day.

I think he is just saying that the norm is for us to shower everyday, but do we really need to. We might be "programmed" to shower everyday, but when you think about it.. Let's say the weather is bad outside and you stayed in the whole day, in the AC, and did nothing. Wouldn't it be a waste of resources?

My rule is, if I can smell myself, I need to shower.

The French average every three days and they don’t seem to have any problems
Most of France is significantly cooler than South Louisiana year round. I shower twice a day. In the am when I get up and in the evening before supper.

I shower before I go to bed. I can't stand getting in bed dirty and I'm usually more rushed in the AM.

In the winter once a week. In the Summer twice a week.

Not if it makes me feel better. When I was laid up on my couch inside all day for over a week recovering from surgery you better believe I still showered daily.

Yeah but you are from England...where self hygiene(especially dental) isn't always a top priority.

Good point. Showers usually do make me feel better. They’re quite therapeutic.

Is it even worth it to work out twice a week? Seems pointless.

I shower 3 times a day. Morning, lunch workout, after ball in the evenings.

It's funny how we've conditioned ourselves to think of our body and hairs natural oils as funk and nastiness that must be washed daily.

Side note: Baths.
My wife takes baths.
I’ll jump in her tub every few months for a hot soak if I’ve got some muscle tension but it isn’t to get clean. I never feel clean when I get out because I was just sitting in a pool of my own filth.
I don’t understand baths to get clean.
