I tried some supposedly high-quality CBD vape and it just made me nervous.
I do not think CBD plays any role in the relaxant or euphoriant properties of marijuana. I'm sure there's *something* it's good for, but it does not make a well person feel happy or more relaxed- period.

If you are in BR there is a little shop off Essen called Healthy U that sells it. Started taking as an alternative to nsaids for inflammation. Works on that too but the buzz is a nice perk. The stronger formulas would probably make me not want to get off the couch for a few hours.

Buy your CBD from licensed marijuana growers. They are already regulated and experienced, and they won't risk selling you shite CBD. I like a company called Lazarus naturals out of Oregon.

I dont know about vaping oil but I take it orally and it absolutely makes me feel happy and relaxed. I indulge with flower too and while the high is different than THC its still enjoyable. In fact it can take the edge off if the flower I smoked is causing a little anxiety. I guess everyone's body chemistry is a little different

See my previous post on terpenes. Different types of terpenes provide different affects. Some relax and some give you energy( and can make you nervous).

CBD might work if you have epileptic seizures. has absolutely no recreational value.

No, you need the THC edibles and they do help just check the potency first and don't go balls deep when you first try them or about 45 minutes in you'll wonder what the frick happened.
Go easy with the potency to begin with and gradually work your way up.
And I prefer the tootsie rolls and the caramels.

The CBD gummies help me stay asleep once I actually go to sleep. I sleep better after eating a gummy. I only eat one after I get home from work (graveyards). On my days off I don’t usually.
