Do any of you know this baw that was on bizarre foods?

I was watching a rerun of bizarre foods today and Andrew was down in Morgan City hunting nutria with this legendary nutria trapper named Sterling Fryou. Seemed like a good ole down to earth bayou brawler! This episode is pretty old so i dont know if the guy is even still alive, but thought some on here could tell some legendary stories about this cat. Sorry i dont have pictures of him, i dont know how!

He lived next door to my grandparents for 50 years. He and my grandfather both fished commercially and watched out for each other. He was good people. He passed a year or so ago.
