They don't want to work OT at a young age because it would get in the way of their personal life. If you’ve been on site recently you already know there are a ton of young guys knocking down OT.
Just remember, you and your peers were the absolute laziest, most entitled generation yet according to the crop immediately preceding you.

my youngest brother gave this a shot for a few years, except he contributed zero help, my dad had just died and I think my mom was just beaten down, she finally toughened back up and he seems to have straightened his act out
