I knew this was how they were able to maintain the revenue despite low attendance.
I don't know much about Disneyland. But as far as Disney World goes, it's my understanding that they are raising prices to keep more people out. I think the only attendance issue they have is that there's too many people..

You’re mad at Disney for a solid capitalistic strategy?

I would pay double what I paid last time if half the people were there.

And yet people will go to sporting events or concerts and spend more than this for 2-4 hours
I was going to post this. People spent upwards of 5 Disney park tickets to go the national championship game.
And as usual with Disney threads. The poors don't understand how people go to Disney every year like everyone in the world only takes one vacation a year or every 3-5 years.

No. Its their property.
But I believe they are making more money by doubling down on existing clients instead of gaining larger audiences.

The libtards should make them be more inclusive like they’re media outlets preach

Gaining larger audiences? Have you ever been there? I don't know how much larger of an audience they could possibly gain.

From my perspective, I rather sports than Disney..
And IMO Disney is more for kids anyway. And I am not a kid.
But I understand this is more about taking the family to Disney..

I went to Disneyworld years ago in college.

It all depends on what you buy. Right now you can buy a 4 day 4 park ticket (one ticket per park per day) for $340 a set or $85 a day.
We are going in Sept. (have what will be a 5 year old and 2.5 year old)
I know the "cool" thing to do is hate on Disney. But we took our boys last Sept and they were in awe the entire trip. Cant wait to go again

I'll never understand why people spend so much to go to Disney.

I don't hate on them because it is cool. If its a family deal and you are bringing the kids, that's one thing.. Its a place all kids should experiences going to at least one time in their life..
But on top of the standard cost of rooms, getting into Disney, etc.. How much would yall estimate the average person spends in the park per kid?

They raise the prices every year and still keep packing the visitors in. As far as overall experience goes they are top notch. The ones who are insufferable are the adults that only go to Disney destinations for vacations and that's all they talk about. It gets old quick and makes you want to throw roundhouses.
