Had a white one like that with a turbocharger from 2003-2010. Loved it-- put about 200,000 miles on it. First car I ever towed my boat with... bought an aftermarket trailer frame and installed it myself.

Dodge Magnum. I loved them a station wagon with sport car performance. I would pay to see a National Lampoon’s remake with the Griswolds driving one of those.

Hummer and the Bonneville. Sure both were big but my Bonneville was very roadhead friendly and an absolute beast (for a car) while moving. I always wanted a Hummer purely as a status symbol... for a short time it eclipsed the Escalade.
We also had several Taurus vehicles when transitioning to "adulting". Our Navy all leather w/ sun roof early 00s model was sacrificed for a mini van a few weeks before my 2nd kid was born. Still remember being excited ands rocking out to Scorpion the night before we got rocked by Charley. After that week of misery I try to avoid listening to that song at all costs.

You could get them super cheap for a while at auctions. The a busted oil cooler would make them look like they had a blown head. Cadillac for $2-$3k

I would have done terrible things for a 2 door tahoe back when I was in high school and college. I spent more hours than I care to admit dreaming about what all I'd put on one if I got it (level/lift and tires, brush guard, pipes).
Now that I'm an adult, I'd still like to buy one if I happen to run across one in good condition with relatively low miles as a hunting and weekend type vehicle.

The avalanches were kind of like the H2s.

Square body GM trucks and Mini Trucks from Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, GM and Ford would be a start.

Avalanche was a gay piece of shite.

Dodge Dakota - was the king of small trucks. Had one years ago. Loved that thing. Solid as a rock.
