Remember how milk from a cow, goat, etc. initially comes out black in color but the white man puts it through a process to turn it white because we are racists?

I find it uncontrollably hilarious that people like this continually refer to themselves as African-Americans. Many of the first black people to arrive in America were originally slaves from Africa. What this lady fails to understand, or perhaps deliberately ignore, is that Africa to this very day is extremely riddled with slavery among their own people. America put an end to it and for that I see very little gratitude among the black people.
What's hilarious is the author - Samantha Diaz- never refers to herself as African American, never uses the term African American in her article, and does not appear to be African american. So what has you so triggered?

There's several girls with that name and college on FB. One of them likes to post pics of her and her girlfriends in bikinis. I expected the OT to already have the pics up.

The main health benefit of milk is to guard against osteoporosis, a disease that weakens your bones — hence the “stronger bones” rhetoric. While this is a very practical health benefit, osteoporosis affects Africans at a significantly lower rate than it does most Americans, according to an article on Mother Jones.
But it also contains vitamin d which helps prevent rickets which is a problem for black people in Northern latitudes.

Are you always this dumb or do you take pills to incite stupidity? Below is from her article.

This means they should reflect the health needs of the ethnicities that make up America which, news flash, isn’t just white people. And since the African American community in the U.S. is continuously rising

Anything that does not further the agenda is ignored. You know this.

Ok. I stand corrected. One mention in the entire article has you triggered. Also she doesn't appear to be referring to herself as you alleged.

My precious Grandmother always called it, "sweet" milk.

It turns out that over 90% of China's population is allergic to lactose, which might explain it's low consumption.........
Has more to do with the Mongolian steppe culture, whose cuisine is very much based on milk. Partially because of the ransacking by the Khanate, they viewed any food dealing with dairy to be barbaric (which was a very overused word by the Chinese; everyone who was not Chinese were barbarians).
Also, farmland is at a premium in China, grazing animals are not practical there.

next, white eggs are bad and brown eggs are good?
All eggs are brown actually. White ones are just bleached to "look better". Which is obviously racist
