Was discovered years ago and dismissed then proven by Nobel Prize laureate Luc Montagnier (who discovered HIV) recently.

Dr. Masaru Emoto also proved water retains human emotional responses in its frozen crystalline structure. Each ice structure below was the water response after each emotional trigger.

The theory behind this postulates that the O-H bonds are driven by quantum level EM fields and not by classical chemistry laws as previously thought.

That’s exactly what most scientists say today

The problem is this is relatively brand new and ground breaking. Scientists are pretty closed minded to the idea.

That’s always the case with new theories. But proper testing through the scientific method by those open to it will prove or disprove it

No water memory experiments have ever passed peer review muster.

The reason EM waves affects water is because the Hydrogen atom is positively charged and moves around.
