Diamond has done this with Jake the Snake and Scott Hall. There is no excuse why somebody can’t get back in shape and improve their health.

I believe Diamond gave Scott Hall a few more extra years from the condition he was in at that time.

That's amazing how disabled he had become. He went from the fierce Butterbean to a disabled, geriatric Rick Harrison lookalike.

Pretty awesome.

Sucks about Scott Hall but that was complications from surgery IIRC

The dude's story is cool as hell. He and Jake the Snake tell it on the first episode of Jake's podcast.

Jake Paul is probably going to be giving him a call soon.

as much as i wish it would happen, it wont. I watched Tyson vs Roy Jones and it was just a chill sparring session. this fight will be the same.

This is a great story to see with Butterbean.

I think you’re wrong to include your statement “there’s no excuse why somebody can’t get back and shape and improve their health.” Your posts makes it clear that Butterbean didn’t do this on his own, he had Diamond and many other to help him on his journey, along with medical care and other resources that many people lack.

I’d also go so far as saying the idea behind the video was meant to encourage folks by showing them what was possible, not to shame them.

That's dissuading other people here. Walk around the block five minutes a day this week. Next week it's 8 minutes. In a month, it's 15 minutes of walking. Listen to some classical, look at the trees. And don't start in the south in June, now is the time.
