I thought boys and girls were equal and when we think of each we cannot think of one as more powerful or stronger than the other which is what your statement is saying. I’ve seen enough proof now to know that little girls and little boys as well as teenage girls and pre-menopausal woman are the same.

Depends on the jurisdiction. Majority is some force must be proven, force can be met with fear. The other element is consent, there is a presumption of non-consent, consent must be proven verbally or non-verbally through behavior. Consent may be overcome by intoxication, but if the intoxication is voluntary that makes it difficult to prove non consent.
