Slightly racist are we?

You're probably a white liberal. Makes sense you'd jump to something being "racist" right away.

We have a cultural problem in America, not some systematic racism problem.

thats not how life is.

the venue matters.

the same trial in midland texas would be one count of manslaughter or innocent of all charges.

Wonder how many jurors decided to vote guilty for fear they would be doxxed and found and killed for not doing what the mob wanted.

Idiot

You watched the video and not the trial with the forensics findings

We get it

But given your post history, your takes aren’t shocking

The whole ordeal is sad.

But, this case was cut and dry.

Cop had his neck pinned down for 9 minutes. This is it.

Pin anyone down by the neck for 9 minutes and up I’ll get the same results.

Judge already said he's probably gonna sentence Chauvin on the upper end of the time frame. Not sure how that's ok.

What? When?

He's probably trying not to get assaulted on his way home tonight.

What makes you so sure a judge will be willing to do that? They’ll be painting a huge target on themselves if they did

I’m not “sure” of it. But I like his chances. We’ll just have to wait and see.

So many people must somehow see themselves in Chauvin to be defending him so vehemently, when in reality they're much more likely to be the person under his knee - or worse.

That's how the white cops got acquitted for beating the dog shite out of Rodney King. That trial was in the suburbs.

Looking at the law, I actually think you had to convict murder 2 if you convict manslaughter 2 in this case.

The murder 3 I don’t understand.

But the police chief admitted that he didn’t.

Guess it’s safe to go pick up my rental now.

We will now have posters who already had their mind made up that Chauvin was innocent before the trial, now say that the system is rigged/bias and that’s the only way a jury could’ve reached that outcome.

bullshite. There were many posters, myself included, that went into the trial thinking he was guilty and actually paid attention to the trial and reasonable doubt was introduced pretty early on.

What we have itt is people coming in here what didn't watch 5 minutes of the trial coming to float.
