I think this verdict was very predictable

Quick verdict
Not much support for Chauvin on the stand.
He was toast from day one. That video was too overwhelming.
Policing just got much harder. Eventually they’ll have their guns taken away.
My takeaway is not that the police as a culture are all racist. I don’t even think Chauvin is racist. I think he went overboard and it’s unfortunate. But floyd is no hero! He was a leach on society.
Hopefully we can put this all in the rear view and move forward

While tens of thousands of innocent people sit in jail.
