If he has to spend more than a week in jail, it will be a death sentence. An inmate will get a lot of street cred from being the one who shived Chauvin.
He'd almost assuredly be put in protected custody and separated from the general population.

Why didn’t the cop just tell him to get in the car and drive to the station.

Why didn’t Chauvin think of this? He could have saved himself a lot of hassle.

What I’m trying to say is that Floyd (just like anyone else arrested) should have just gotten the vehicle.... why did the cops even give him a choice?????

He was in the car at one point, but he struggled with the cops.

Floyd wasn’t listening to anything the cops were “telling him” to do.
I was kind of astounded when the prosecution was asserting that Floyd was complying.
It was laughable and absurd

Biden picking up where Barack "the police acted stupidly" Obama left off.
The democrats do love them a lynching, don't they?

Come on bro. You are outside of your element in a non hurricane thread.
Better if you just spectate in this one.

No really expected time frame for a verdict? Couple be any second or could be days?

It's way too late in the game to have to explain this to anyone. You're doing remedial English while we are already into Shakespeare.

That's how these things work.
It's usually better for the defense the longer it takes though.

If you were to sum IQ points + minutes spent reviewing the case, Peej is really neck and neck with Sleepy Joe IMO.

because high profile inmates in situations like this have never been "mistakenly" placed into the general population
