I asked him what charge he thought all 12 jurors would find him guilty on.
I didn’t say it was impossible, but since he’s been so plugged into the trial I just asking his opinion.
He mentioned 1st degree murder which isn’t even on the table that that tells me all I need to know.

I clicked on the link and watched the video but it didn't match up with what you said it was. They didn't threaten anyone and they didn't say they knew their names.

OK, right off the bat, the question is a veiled threat directly to the jury since they may have their devices and their relatives/friends may be texting them this clip. “Yep, they’re outside the courtroom, now it’s time to threaten them.”
Then she says she has a list of them with their ages, where at least 4 of them live and know who their family/friends are, and that the two jurors that are let off from the sentencing they’d tell you who they are. No, they know who these jurors are and will release the list if it’s anything less than 2nd degree murder. That was a direct threat to the jury and multiple people at CBS should be in jail right now.

Couldn’t agree more. Absolutely a veiled threat, hope they are prosecuted at the fullest extent of the law.
