As in a mistrial?

No way they get an unanimous guilty verdict.

Mistrial is the best he can hope for.

With that line up there’s going to be a lot of peer pressure to convict. He needed like 6-7 white men over 50.

If people are hoping for a strong not-guilty holdout you’re forgetting people might be afraid to hold out because all it takes is one flaming soy lib juror to leak your name or description to the press as the one holdout and your house gets burned down.

Dude, if you believe in our bravery as a country after the past year, you’re the fricking stupid one. This should go without saying if you’ve been remotely paying attention. One thing after 9/11, but we’re now a bunch of cowards. You’re a room temperature IQ retard if you can’t see this.

It would be a hell of a lot less believable if there were 12 brave people on that jury than 12 cowards

Alabama ridded of its statewide mask mandate 2 weeks ago and 85% of the minions are still wearing masks at places like Home Depot.

Seriously, I can’t think of anything dumber than saying that we’re a brave country and then insisting you’re the smart one. What a fricking retard tigerbaitn08 is.

People are forgetting they have to all agree on the same charge.....you could have half agree on one charge and the other half agree on the other.....they all first have to agree what charge to vote on....that's going to be the toughest part of the process.

What charge do they vote on and will they all agree to vote guilty on that charge which ever one it is?

No.. dont think so.

Result: Hung Jury/Mistrial

Anyone that has been following this trial sees the mountain of reasonable doubt.

Rioters will treat a mistrial like it’s a not guilty verdict

Since you've been following this trial so closely, and given that you know the makeup and profiles of each juror..

On what charge are all 12 going to agree to vote guilty on?

Whatever they think won’t lead to them getting targeted by the mob. Apparently someone just lit a church on fire in Minneapolis. Still think this isn’t entering their minds? Twitter

Maxine made sure of that. She refused manslaughter and said murder or else.

Even if he is found guilty it will be overturned on appeal.
