Chauvin is fricked.

As in a mistrial?

No way they get an unanimous guilty verdict.

Umm. That’s exactly what he does. Then he dies. It’s not that hard to understand.

No, if he can’t breathe he can’t make noise.

Answer me this, why was he yelling he couldn’t breathe even before he ever went to the ground? We’re they choking him from a standing position?

Evidently what really happened is hard for half wits like you to understand.

This is a pitiful effort to assign at least 1% causation to Chauvin to rationalize a guilty verdict. Only the fanatics and retarded think Chauvin is guilty.

You seem to fit both descriptions

You can say his knee was on his neck all you want, but it will never make it the truth.

Dude died of stupidity

They way overcharged him. If Chauvin is found not guilty, which I suspect will happen, you can thank the over-aggressive DA and political pressure.

I disagree. All it takes are 12 cowards on the jury. It will take bravery of at least one person to make sure this doesn’t happen. Unlike the Simpson trial when everyone knew OJ was actually guilty, in an inverse way people with good hearts actually think that Chauvin is guilty. I do think the jury will actually be at risk if they don’t get a unanimous guilty verdict, and even that might not be enough since some idiots will think they should have charged Chauvin with 1st degree murder.

If you ask a deranged Leftist, they’ll say that they didn’t charge him enough. 2nd degree murder won’t be enough. CBS and SNL have both directly threatened the jury at this point. Cities will burn regardless.

He may have very well committed a crime but murder?

Thats all?

So you think it's that easy for all 12 to agree on the same charge?

Have you ever served on a jury for a murder trial?

Not taking a stance one way or the other one what the outcome should be but this right here. A lot of folks have way too much trust in the jury system.

If you don’t think it’s pretty easy to gather up 12 cowards who say to others who bravely stand up to “shut the frick up and do as you’re fricking told!” then you simply have just woken up from a 13 month coma. I would have thought people would rise against this tyranny, but most have accepted it. Sorry, there are brave people out there, but there’s a significant chance the 12 people on that jury are cowards and will let an injustice take place simply so the Leftist mob won’t burn down their house or kill them.

Yes. Half the people in this country believed our former President was a Russian agent. 70% of people in this country supported the Iraq War. We continually elect people like Maxine Waters, AOC and Ilhan Omar to Congress. America today is full of stupid, cowardly people who want the government to wipe their arse and believe what they're told by their media overlords.

based on what? Do you have a profile of each juror?
