Finally bringing up both the "everything hurts" and "I can't breathe" statements while in the car - and not being choked.

Finally!!
Do you see Mr. Chauvin around GF when he's screaming he can't breathe in the squad car?"

Chauvin's forearm isn't even touching Floyd.

I was listening to court tv during the jury's lunch break and a black lady judge said its ridiculous the defense is not objecting for a mistrial or pause/postponement in regards to what is happening in the city and that the juror's have to drive though it everyday to get to court. She said the jurors have to be affected by that and it's not fair to them or the defense.
The defense wouldn't want to do that if they believe the momentum is with them and the state is on the ropes. A "pause" would give the state an opportunity to regroup, and a mistrial would give the state a full opportunity to start completely over with the benefit of correcting any mistakes they think they made the first time around.

also no experts believed GF died of a fatal OD.
The female doctor said had she not seen the video, she would have ruled it was an OD.

Exactly. If Nelson doesn't talk about that in his re-direct then Chauvin is being found guilty.
Well Nelson brought it up and showed the video.

she had caveats of having no evidence of anything else. so in a hypothetical situation very different than reality maybe but when all of the experts considered the facts of the case, none of them think it was a fatal OD.

I totally get that and agree... but I'd be worried about the effect it was having on the jury and the immense pressure to arrive at a guilty vote...

It's definitely a tough cost/benefit analysis for them. Another ugly reality they'd have to consider is the extra cost of the defense's expert witness(es).

AMS only cares that the " white" policeman goes to jail. She could care less about justice. Its all about revenge racism to her.
