My bet is guilty 2nd degree manslaughter. Gets 2 years and serves 1

People still riot

I agree with this. I assume he gets credit for his time already served also.

Did the judge announce yet how long he's giving for closing arguments? That's usually what will get the jurors who are on the fence, off the fence.

immense benefit for the prosecution, absolutely horrible witness for the defense lmao.

You're not even watching and if you are the testimony has gone over your head. Prosecutor tried to get him to testify that Floyd stopped resisting after handcuffed but witness testified that Floyd actually resisted for minutes after being restrained.

And turns over on appeal because of the way this trial and evidence has been handled.....IMHO

This is the chippiest this trial has been in terms of the prosecution.

So you're upset that the witness isn't answering the way you want him too. I guess it would bother me too if I was already biased for close to a year against Chauvin.

Prosecutor just learned what the term " stonewalled " now means. Witness made him look bad the last few minutes.

Over ruled on both grounds

Has prosecution had an objection sustained?

It's getting comical

He is just totally unflappable and has remained focused and professional after hours of testifying.

At this point has to be some sentence:
But:
If 10 white people are killed by guillotine on the Minneapolis square and reparations are offered @ 1m/household, Its still wouldn’t be enough. They still riot. Infinity is not enough.
