But they’re paying white people more.

Also Floyd curled up on his mama in the “fetus” position and ate banana and mayonnaise sandwiches.

Yes, and ignore all the drug use leading up to that scene

My favorite part of the cross was that he admitted he formulated his opinion 4 days after the incident given the limited information he had.......

The ada objected to the witness’s writing as hearsay. Clown world

Oh, and he got paid 25k

And Floyd said he wasn't on anything, and those were small levels for the big guy. It was the 140lb white dude that did him in

A fentanyl user is mandated by law to not use it. Meth too.

That's a terrible rule... I like the fact that Oregon legalized most drugs, I just wish that they would have followed it up by banning narcan or any other medical assistance to addicts when related to an overdose.

Yes defense is supposed to begin today. I think that the second use of force expert yesterday was the State's final witness. I haven't seen that said anywhere yet but it makes sense to me since they argued a motion that morning to add him as a last minute witness. I just saw on legal insurrection that both sides submitted their proposed jury instructions this morning as well so we are definitely nearing the end.

I still don't understand why Floyd's prior criminal history can't be viewed by the jury. I get that he isn't the one on trial but the cops knew the information so how is that not relevant to how they approached and restrained him?

I think the judge ruled that His previous arrest in 2019 is gonna be allowed- because he did and said the exact same thing as he did this time. Resisted, begged cops not to shoot him, hollered for his mom, etc.
