Jesus, this guy said one of the cops was talking about the smell of Floyd's feet? Come on.

This guy is becoming hostile.

TIL 12-15 people is not a "crowd", but rather a "group of bystanders".
Posted on 4/12/21 at 4:19 pm to tgrbaitn08
This loser has never heard the expression "3's a crowd"?

So police officers are supposed to admin medical aid to a suspect under the influence of drugs?
Posted on 4/12/21 at 4:25 pm to tgrbaitn08
Its becoming comical.
And whoever said above that "its like he lost 75 IQ points at the break"..... i am stealing that line next trial. Good one. (and true AF)

"Yes he was still breathing. Or at least the officers are narrating that he was still breathing at that point."
What a putz.
What a putz.

It's stuff like this that they don't realize highlights their bias and further illustrates their agenda. Whether 10 is a crowd,15, or 30 is, etc. is not relevant. The relevance is that there was something that added to the stimulus of the situation.

I also don't get this guy saying what's a level up in force to someone running away. Wouldn't tasering someone running away be a step up in force?
Posted on 4/12/21 at 4:35 pm to MFn GIMP
This guy comes off as a weiner.

No but Judge Cahill said that they expect the defense to start tomorrow.

The black host on Court TV saying that Stoughton came across as combative when he shouldn't have been. Interesting.
Posted on 4/12/21 at 4:41 pm to MFn GIMP
I said earlier he was coming across as hostile.

He was better than the other state’s witnesses. Nelson still did a brilliant cross but he was good and got his point across that “not in this case” than the other witnesses did. Edit for spelling.

Prosecutors learned from the cross exam of their other witness so they took another shot with this one and prepped him better.

He charged 15 grand more. So he should be.
But why is MN paying black use of force experts, 1/2 of what they pay white use of force experts?
