Not sure most of what you are talking about was the police doing this. There are some "bad" cops but mostly they had their hands tied in trying to react during those riots. Of course in the millions of interactions there are gonna be some bad ones. MOST of those are people being assholes or breaking laws they shouldn't be.

No need. You are constantly doing that on here.

Body cam
Trying to also factor Chauvin's response to what other officers were doing...who also didn't stop restraining Floyd.
1-Chauvin wasn't the one checking pulse..had gloves on
2-Other officers said he was breathing after saying he thinks he is passing out- Impacts Chauvin
3-It was 30 second from pulse check to when they hear medical
4-Medical took 3:45 minutes before first life saving measure to when they first put hands on Floyd.
5-It was 1:40 seconds from when one officer (not Chauvin) says can't feel pulse and when medical checks pulse.
Timing from the youtube video not actual time:
34:00 First physical effort to restrain Floyd
42:00 Floyd to Ground (after resisting for 8 minutes and asking to go to ground)
46:41 Officer asks roll him on his side
46:50 Last words you can hear on this cam from Floyd
47:16 Visibly see legs and arms move (Been on ground 5 minutes)
47:32 Officers states think he is passing out
48:00 Officer says he is breathing
48:30 Officer asks roll him on his side? Some reason given why not..can't hear
48:45 Officer asks "got one" regarding pulse check
49:20 Officer (not Chauvin) checks pulse says can't feel one. Chauvin had on gloves.
49:50 Hear medical arrive
50:30 EMS checks Floyds pulse
51:45 Loaded onto stretcher and moved to ambulance
53:41 First life saving measure (CPR Started)

Yes, the jury was going to convict based off my THOUGHTS as to what Chauvin MIGHT have been thinking.
Who convicted Chauvin on that? I didn’t.
And I also did not say or even suggest Chauvin should be convicted on any speculation.
Jeezus frick. I shared my thoughts on Chauvin’s behavior that is puzzling to many and put him into this entire mess.

Has anyone from this EMS team testified about this time frame? I know there was a crowd issue and possibly why they started CPR in ambulance, but just wondering what has officially come from them.

Please and I know this is asking a lot, but I plead...
Can someone put this trial into small paragraphs per the order? Since day one? I shall crown you best poster of all...

EMT G. Hanson testified that the medical/fire response was abnormally long, that station 17 was a couple of blocks away. Her testimony on day 2 around 11:45 into her cross exam. Her testimony can be found on Legal Insurrection site

You tried hard. You probably even thought your timeline was clever and are checking this thread for encouragement and upvotes.
It wasn’t funny, in fact it sucked.

Yes. One EMS person did that I saw. He was pretty nervous. Didn’t really say much other than why they left the scene and did the load and go. That they were driving without sirens until the code was upgraded. He talked some on procedures done and what equipment and that officer actually did the initial cpr compressions on ambulance. Not sure if they are private or city but certainly a target.
He was pretty clear that the crowd was the reason they didn’t attempt efforts on site. Benefitted Defense.

Don’t get the impression any of the public service people were fans of that shitehole community.

While G Hanson is an EMT in Minneapolis, she was was off that day and just happened to be in the area of incident. In fact, she was one of the folks acting like an arse and screaming at the cops nonstop. It didn’t take long to figure out that she was just a narrative pusher for the prosecution.

Can we all agree that Nelson is an absolutely top notch defense attorney? He is truly masterful and an expert at his craft.

Yeah he’s way better than the 14 prosecutors and I think they know it.

Damn, I had to search to page 3 to find the thread. I thought it got whacked.
Quick question: Have they said if Chauvin was going to take the stand or plead the Fifth? I don’t remember hearing one way or another.

Chauvin does not have to testify so if he does decide to it won't be to take the 5th.
Does anyone think the event yesterday in Minneapolis will have any effect on the jury and/or trial in general?

I think the coverage will affect some jurors and could even sway them to convict out of anger if someone was on the fence.

Has the brand of shoes that Chauvin was wearing been entered into evidence?...

That's my fear also. I'm curious to see if the judge is asked or decides to question the jury to see it is a issue.
