And there is your reasonable doubt.

that doesnt preclude manslaughter.
hypothetically, your grandpa overdosed on fentanyl and you were caught holding a pillow over his head would you expect to be charged?

Let's give it some time AMS. Hell Nelson's shredding the prosecutions witnesses one by one and he hasn't even called the defenses witnesses to the stand.

I am digging the actual answers without rolling eyes, “mmhmm”, and personal opinions. Hell, I feel like I’m learning right now.

YOUR previous argument was drugs didn't play into this now its " well its not as important as what Chauvin did". How bout stick to 1 argument.

Not the same situation at all with what happened. Chauvin was following MPD policy and trained restraint procedures. In a normal encounter, without the heart issues or drugs, Floyd would almost certainly be alive.

well I directly quoted it. you said the witness disagreed with me when i said 90% vessel blockage would not be lethal. no one said it would, multiple of them said it would not. you twisted the statement to include all heart disease.

Yet we have had a certain poster continue to argue that 90% blockage still wouldn't cause an issue

This is the first witness that doesn't have a pre-conceived bias and wasn't sought out by the State. He is there to give factual testimony based on the autopsy he performed. I don't think he has a vested interest either way...

Nelson does a fantastic job of asking a certain question to set up another question later in the cross.

I'll say it again, this prosecution team shouldn't be prosecuting DUI's much less a high profile case like this.
