except the part where i never said there doesnt need to be a fair trial, lock him up forever, no need to tell the other side....
so yea that would be a straw man. she invented a position I never held.

Boom. Drugs and shite played a role in the death. I like how ME keeps calling Nelson counselor

This testimony is fascinating everything else aside.

I hit the rewind button as soon as he said that. Mic drop

that doesnt preclude manslaughter.
hypothetically, your grandpa overdosed on fentanyl and you were caught holding a pillow over his head would you expect to be charged?

ME saying he didn't look at videos on purpose before the autopsy is because he didn't want to have a preconceived notion of what happened and it could cause him to skip steps or come to conclusions - Nelson could not have written that better himself.

What manslaughter statute is he being charged under? What are the elements?
Maybe. Maybe not.

youre twisting the argument again. we were specifically discussing 90% blockage being lethal. There has been no testimony claiming 90% blockage would be lethal.
I’m not going to entertain you anymore. Those of us watching the trial know what was said.

Floyd's heart weight was bigger than expected... even when considering his height & weight

This is big going into the weekend. The jury will have all weekend to digest today.

Did I not just say she was using Google to formulate ( Ams that means " to make") an argument...

As someone who believes the police have wrong doing here, I feel like the prosecution is going after the wrong person. The guy coming in hot dropping F-bombs escalated the situation. Him and that other guy trying to force GF in the back of the police vehicle. Just set him on the curb and call a medic. Based on evidence, I don't see how you can charge DC.

Floyd was extremely agitated so his enlarged heart was trying to pump faster and faster. Meth already had it sped up.

75% blockage in the coronary arteries is considered potentially able to cause a sudden death
GF had ~75% blockage there
GF had ~75% blockage there

Still need 12 people to agree
Which they won’t. There’s too much reasonable doubt.

When No one was touching him
