it doesn't take 9 minutes to cause significant harm which can be added to by further restriction of chest wall excursion.

Let me help you out
There are bones in the hypopharynx. The hyoid and the larynx itself. So explain to me exactly what part of the hypo pharynx collapsed without damaging any of those bones

I haven't changed any subject. Answer the question. I'm just trying to figure out why you assume a man is guilty before his trial even starts. I mean most people understand the legal standard in this country is innocent until proven guilty, but you seem to completely ignore that. The only answer that makes sense is pure racism. So I'm just trying to assess the extent of your racism.

ok the 5th explanation will be the last one you get. Im shocked you consider this so mysterious as you are supposedly well versed in anatomy.
hypopharynx is located BELOW the hyoid bone which would not be protective from anterior or lateral compression. the larynx is ANTERIOR to the hypopharynx and anterior force would compress the hypopharynx.
neither of these 'bones'
