Yeah, I think it’s possible. I don’t believe the 90lb number though, and 90lbs is not required.

That was in reply to you literally judging his guilt based off one side of testimony, the defense hasn’t even presented its case. It wasn’t a straw man. You’re just sub 70 IQ.

You don’t realize that this is a cleverly developed argument because the doctor doesn’t have any evidence of trauma on the autopsy. So he is picking a site of soft tissue that he claiming is being compressed without leaving a sign of trauma.
What you don’t realize is that he can’t explain what compressed the hypo pharynx
