Especially the ones that live across the pond. I know its English but I can't understand half of what a British person says.

Try talking to some eastern Kentucky people. They are unintelligible some times.

The defense bringing out harmful or contradictory information/points on cross is to be expected. Now, sometimes it's more "powerful" than others, but it becomes imperative for the prosecution to clean it all up as much as possible on redirect. Looks like prosecution has their work cut out in that regard, but they do get the last word with their witness.

Back when this incident happened and the state govt was pondering what the charges would be Ellison stated then that this case would be very difficult to prosecute and convict...

Interesting to note, when he answers the state's questions, he looks at the jury, when he answers nelsons, he doesn't.

The best I've personally dealt with is a conversation I had with a true cajun. I loved hearing them talk but couldn't only respond with a smile. They could have cussed me out and I wouldn't have had a clue.

True natives of Charleston and Hilton Head area are hard to understand. They mix in gullah with English and drag all their words together.

Words with R sounds are real funny to me for those Scaroleena and Southern N. Caroleena folk.

I just think of pure NASCAR.

Prosecution should not have asked any more questions. He just gave a answer that only helps Chauvin.

To further elaborate on my last post, he only looks at the jury when he is sure of himself.

That ending statement by the State made me cringe too. Trying too much to be like Johnny Cochran - if it's not reasonable or lawful it's just awful.

He was high as frick after taking a speedball. Once he was approached by the initial officer, it triggered a state of Excited delirium. That with too much drugs (overdose) caused his death. He had serious heart/health issues.

Innocent until proven guilty. He will walk.
