They have called Ker Yang. I believe he prefers Ker Asian.

What is the point of the State constantly asking people to identify Chauvin? This isn't a case of him saying he wasn't involved in the event, same as asking all of the people's ages.

Has trial started today? I can't find a stream anywhere.
Pluto TV. Free streaming service. When you click the link, if a channel starts playing click the "view guide" box on the right side, below the video screen. Then go to the "crime" section on the left and go to the bottom of that section and click on "Court TV" channel 395. The feed on Pluto does run a couple/few minutes behind
Live Court TV on Pluto
Or you can use the CourtTv. com feed. It is only about 1 minute behind

I think up to this point the girlfriends testimony has been the biggest bombshell. She let us know:
- GF had an ongoing drug problem
- GF had OD'd just weeks before
- GF was with his 2 drug dealers
- The 2 drug dealers had sold him bad drugs before
- GF symptoms were same as when he OD'd.
A lot of information we did not know.. Especially that he was in the car with his dealers. This information should've been known if the media would've reported unbiased.
- and that she was the "momma" he was calling for

When you don't have a case, you do all kinds of silly things to make your case look more official and factual.

IMO the defense is talking about the crowd too much. However, when I first saw the video I remember thinking the crowd played a part in his death so I’m sure DC had stressed that to his lawyer.

Wow. We have Ben Affleck on the stand.

Where were the 2 drug dealers, that were in the car, while everything was going on? Were they still in the car?

It's a no win. If Chauvin is found guilty, a lot of the logical thinking young people in this country will be discouraged from pursuing a career in law enforcement
Well, when your own Police Chief throws you under the bus and perjures himself on the stand, it's not a great confidence builder.

yeah the state is arguing that Hall possibly killed GF and will get a 3rd degree murder charge.
Well which is it? Did Chauvin kill him or Hall?

When this guy left the academy and what post grad courses he took do not tell me that Chauvin kilt GF. Can he drag out the inconsequential minutiae for 4 weeks?

It’s pretty clear that one of Nelson’s defenses will be that Chauvin had to stay on top of Floyd because of the growing crowd and fearing that if he got off of Floyd and got into a struggle the crowd may start attacking him.
It’s pretty clear the police training he was given instructed him to take that into consideration.

I was starting to wonder if the hostile crowd would be part of the defense... as it seems like the crowd definitely played a role in the decisions that were made by the officers (and in a way... the crowd dictated what medical assistance Floyd could receive)
and here you just said that yes... the defense will use the hostile crowd as part of its case

How many opinions from members of the police department are we going to hear? Like the judge said, this is getting redundant.
I want to hear from some medical experts, not paper pushers at the department.

HLN just cut to commercial as the training officer was testifying on neck restraints using the leg. This is some bullshite. HLN guy actually said, "We are stepping away for a quick break. You won't miss any IMPORTANT testimony."

This damned woman on Court TV saying that if Floyd was on drugs it has no bearing on the actual issue of if Chauvin murdered Floyd

That girl should be fired. Why did she wear her uniform?
