Court Tv should run a header that says " Ignore what you see. We will tell you what you saw."

Well guess I'm heading out to the garden early today. Yall know Good Friday is planting day in the South.
Might want to hold off on that if you're putting in starts. Supposed to be near freezing with possible frost tonight here in the Midlands.

This commentary is so blatantly slanted

That's why I put it on mute when the talking heads start prattling on with the progressive bullshite.
There is nothing that could be said to convince them that Chauvin didn't murder Floyd because Chauvin is nothing but a racist white supremacist that was just looking for a black man to kill to them.

Yeah I just called my Dad and he pointed that out. Love our midlands weather. 90 degrees in February and 32 in April.

Yup. Had to put sheets over my green beans and cilantro that had already come up. Thankfully I haven't put my starts in the ground yet.

I didn’t watch the whole testimony this morning but my one observation is this, just because the senior officer knew the policy and training doesn’t mean DC did. Did prosecution provide proof that DC received same training?, I.e. something he signed starting he attended training or read and understood policy?

We must be watching a different HLN.
The 5 people on their panel would drink Floyd George jizz if they could get their hands on it.
Compelling, monumental, unprecedented, bombshell testimony.

Yeah, no.

Yeah, no.

Can felons associate with each other? I thought there was some provision that said that part of your belief in probation is you can't associate with known felons or something on those lines.
Weren't there like three people that were involved at the scene that were all felons, while another felon was committing forgery, and they were all doing narcotics?
Also can they talk about his criminal past?

The third degree charge “without regard for human life” is ridiculous after watching all the steps taken. MPD will be tossing Chauvin to wolves.
Anyone who didn’t see this coming has potato level intellect. His fellow officers were concerned with his behavior, the crowd was concerned, and he continued even after Floyd was known to be pulseless AND its all on their body cams. Justice will be served with the help of body cams holding LEO accountable. It’s essentially a slam dunk.

3/4ths of this time police were aware Floyd was pulseless
Straight up lie.
oh really? we were refering to roughly the last 4 minutes of restraints being used... Although to be fair it was more like between 3/4ths of being nonresponsive and 1/2 pulseless. 1 officer checked for a pulse and informed the others, they knew he was pulseless for 2 minutes before changing anything up.
quote:
At 8:25:31 the video appears to show Mr. Floyd ceasing to breathe or speak. Lane said, "want to roll him on his side." Kueng checked Mr. Floyd's right wrist for a pulse and said, "I couldn't find one." None of the officers moved from their positions.
At 8:27:24, the defendant removed his knee from Mr. Floyd's neck.
yikes. pretty much the only thing that might save DC from murder charges is floyds intoxication. his colleagues gonna roll him right under the bus to avoid aiding and abetting murder charges because they at least tried to prevent the homicide. It must suck being so emotionally cucked you experience heavy cognitive dissonance.
