Nothing even close to over violent or abusive happened from anybody but Floyd which is how ended up on ground restrained.

Correct. Floyd also asked to laid down and started resisting again when they were letting him out of the car (which he also asked for).

The me said he had fatal levels of fentanyl and if found in his home would be ruled an overdose.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s handwritten notes on the first couple of pages of Exhibit A said, “if [Floyd was] found dead at home alone + no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an [overdose].” However, the ME then added, “I am not saying this killed him.”

Because there's not really a debate. Few people are defending this guy because his actions are on video and clearly inappropriate.

Boot lickers and racists are the only ones on his side.

That’s fine. Only need one juror to think it did.

That was his reply to the meeting they had in June?

What did he say killed him then?

Yep. Getting a conviction in this case will be a pretty tall order for the prosecution. Beyond reasonable doubt is a bitch - for good reason.

That right there by itself is enough reasonable doubt for not guilty if I was sitting on that jury.

Your projection here is rather impressive.

I’d imagine it was the same opinion that he has today - that the death was multifactorial involving restraint and neck compression, fentanyl toxicity, and natural disease.

I’m not sure that’s how it works.

I think he acted unprofessionally for sure, but the prosecution has to show more than that. There's a difference between acting professional and committing third degree murder.

Not when you keep repeating the same thing and dont have the ability or knowledge to bring any other content to the discussion.

I don't think you know what this word means. But then again, you're also defending a cop who knelt on a man without a pulse.

I know exactly what it means. Apparently however you do not.

Not surprising, based on your other posts. You seem rather stupid and unable to form coherent arguments.

Did her continue to kneel on him after he lost a pulse? That's all you really need to know, unless you think Floyd deserved to die.

Is there any circumstance where you would condemn a white cop for killing a black man?

Explain why continuing to kneel after a pulse is lost means murder 3 if the kneel wasn’t the original cause of death.

Of course. Why would there not be? Due to either party's skin color? Only a racist would even begin to factor that in.
