Like I said, the projection is strong with that one. It's rather apparent the only racist in this thread is him.

I’d imagine it was the same opinion that he has today - that the death was multifactorial involving restraint and neck compression, fentanyl toxicity, and natural disease

That statement was from a meeting he had with county prosecutors on the evening of May 31st to discuss the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system.

After the 4 cops were arrested. Could have saved some trouble.

For a simpleton maybe but its not that cut and dry. The fact is Chauvin having his knee on Floyds BACK after he went limp has no physical bearing on the outcome.

And there it is the reason you won't discuss and only demand he be guilty.

By the way idiot I'm multiracial.

A lot of this will come down to the jury instructions. I don't know MN law. If the charges and instructions state that the alleged neck compression (that still remains to be seen) had to have been the SOLE CAUSE OF DEATH then Chauvin gets acquitted. I don't think anyone outside of AMS can argue that.

If the charges can be supported by the alleged neck compression being a CONTRIBUTING FACTOR to the death then I think Chauvin is screwed.

Personally, I think he wasn't on the neck. I think the knee was on the back between the shoulder blades which is a technique taught to LE. That being said, I don't think the jury will acquit solely on it being an approved technique.

Jury instructions will be key on this no matter what evidence is presented.

It appears those 3 are either naive or they, most likely, are political motivated.

I agree that will be important but I think the pathologist testimony will be key.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s handwritten notes on the first couple of pages of Exhibit A said, “if [Floyd was] found dead at home alone + no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an [overdose].” However, the ME then added, “I am not saying this killed him.”

Would you agree, what you posted gives reasonable doubt to Chauvin's guilt to any of the charges? ME is basically saying this damn well could have been OD...not that it WAS, but could have been.

I am not asking if you would find him not guilty, yet, because there is still evidence that could be presented to take away this doubt...just taking this statement into consideration as a stand alone

I haven't watched the video recently, but did Chauvin move the location of his knee to GF's back to check the pulse? He would have to reposition himself I would imagine to balance himself to check the pulse.

Just curious when exactly his knee shifted if anyone knows.

I honestly haven't seen it on any of the videos but we have clearly seen , for at least some time, the knee was on the back and not the neck.

I again say if the cops cam footage had been released months ago we might not even have this thread.
